Watch England Autumn Internationals

Firstly the committee hopes everyone is still keeping well.

We are encouraging all members, as well as your family and friends, to take advantage of a new offer created between the RFU and Amazon that lets you watch England Rugby for free in the Autumn Nations Cup, while also creating much needed revenue for the club.

The Quilter Internationals kick off this Saturday and will be streamed online via  Amazon Prime. To help grassroots clubs generate revenue, Amazon have worked alongside the RFU to open up registration for clubs to become Amazon Associates.

This means the club will now receive £3 for every member of the community who signs up to Amazon on a free one-month trial through our club’s unique Associates link below.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU USE THIS UNIQUE LINK www.amazon.co.uk/gp/video/primesignup/ref=acph_piv?tag=LMRFC-21 to sign up for your free one-month trial, otherwise the club won’t benefit from your subscription.

There is no expectation for members to stay on Prime past the trial period. The club will make £3 from each individual sign-up via the unique link, regardless of whether the member stays on past the trial period or not.

Every little helps in these challenging times, so please spread this message and our unique URL link far and wide – friends, colleagues and neighbours are all welcome to sign up!

In addition the RFU would like to ask all young players to Get your Shirt On This Sunday.

A reminder to young rugby players (and parents!) to #GetYourShirtOn this Sunday morning, when England Rugby will be streaming fitness and rugby activities live on England Rugby YouTube.

Get Your Shirt On is a series of Sunday morning workout sessions led by former England players which aims to keep 6-18-year-olds active and connected with their clubs during the national lockdown.

First up, putting you through your paces, will be former England, British and Irish Lions and Harlequins wing Ugo Monye.

With community rugby moving back to Stage A on the Return to Rugby Roadmap, it’s important for players to continue to stay active, even if it’s from home.

Lockdown or no lockdown, there’s no time for a lie-in! All we ask is that you wear your club shirt with pride and enjoy your virtual rugby session each Sunday morning through November, starting this Sunday.

Sunday 15 November with Ugo Monye

Session 1 – 9:30am – U10 and below

Session 2 – 10:00am – U11 to U14

Session 3 – 10.30am – U15 to U18

Stay safe
Kieran Donnelly (Chair) and the LMRFC Committee
