Dear Member,
Please be advised that there will be an AGM held on Wednesday 23rd August 2023 at 7pm in the clubhouse and all members eligible to vote (over 18 yrs of age) should make the effort to attend.
Attached to this notification will find the following:
A nomination form (for nominating/seconding members who may wish to stand for election as Directors of the club). Nominations will also be taken on the evening.
A proxy voting form (if you are unable to attend in person you can use this form to nominate another member who is attending to cast your vote).
An agenda laying out the official business to be transacted
A set of the clubs most recent accounts.
